This research was aimed study responses of rootstocks against stress examine impacts melatonin application on these rootstocks. Carrizo citrange, fying dragon, sour orange were selected current study. To test stress, three different irrigation regimes applicated separately each rootstock as 100%, 75%, 50% water requirement. The then tested rootstock*irrigation plot with four doses (0.5 mM, 1.0 1.5 2 mM) untreated control application. Results suggested that significantly increases root shoot growth Besides that, highest length noted from Flying while citrange had height.
